The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures, starting off at 10°C to reach 28ºC. Prolonged alcoholic maceration with the skins up to 30 days to extract more colour, aromas and tannic structure. Malolactic fermentación in new French oak barrels or in stainless-steel tanks, depending on the batches. Once this process has finalised, the wines are put into barrels for ageing with racking every 6 months.
Its dark colour reflects its rather impetuous character. Bouquet of black berry fruits, creamy oak and refined toasted notes. Its new generation style comes through clearly in the mouth where the essence of old vines reveals with delicious flavours the fullness of dense, juicy and lively tannins. A young wine with flair.

Its artisanal vinification results in smooth tannins that integrate flavours of wild fruits, coffee and dark chocolate. Its superb class comes through in the mouth with good structure and exquisite elegance.

Balanced in the mouth where silky, well-defined tannins combine with luscious flavours to reveal a pleasant fullness. This Reserva follows firmly in the footsteps of the previous 2012 vintage that won excellent awards.
